One of the things I hate about buying a car, or considering a service that doesn’t list any prices but just has a phone number, is talking to a sales person.
Sorry, I’m really not trying to be rude when I cut you off and leave: I just can’t stand sales tactics. More accurately, I can’t stand sales tactics that I can detect. I know [many] of the tricks. I’ve studied the psychology that goes into it. The problem comes when I can tell you’re just trying to get your commission and aren’t actually interested in making my life easier. You’ll win my business if I feel like I’m talking to a friend.
